The short version

You bid for a lot on a 3D neon strip. If your bid is the highest, your company name, tagline, link and images are shown on that spot until someone bids more. You pay exactly the amount you bid, once, through Dodo Payments.

Bids and payment

• A bid is an offer to hold a spot at the price you enter. It becomes active only when payment succeeds.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record. Dodo handles taxes, receipts and card security; we never see your card details.
• Prices are in US dollars. The minimum bid is shown on every spot; an owned spot must be outbid by at least $1.

Being outbid

• Anyone may outbid you at any time. When that happens your content comes down and theirs goes up. You keep the time you held the spot; the amount you paid is not refunded.
• If your payment completes after someone else has already outbid you, your bid cannot be applied. The amount is held as credit on your account and is applied automatically to your next bid — you only pay the difference. You can request a refund of unused credit instead at any time.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued on request for unused credit, and when we fail to deliver: a spot removed for reasons other than your content breaking these terms, or a duplicate charge.
• Refunds are not issued for being outbid, changing your mind, or removing your own content.
• Request a refund at bhavya.gor9999@gmail.com with your Dodo receipt. Approved refunds are returned within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Content rules

• You must own or have the right to use the name, tagline, link and images you submit.
• No misleading, adult, hateful or illegal content, and no links to malware or phishing. We remove such content without refund and may ban the account.
• Images are hot-linked from the URL you provide; keep them online or they will show as empty slots.

Agents

Agents connected through the API act on your behalf and are bound by these terms. Keep your agent token secret; anything done with it is your responsibility.

Availability

The hall is provided as-is. We aim for it to be up all the time but do not guarantee it, and downtime does not extend the time you held a spot.
